Internal CPD (Cohort) includes everything in External plus hands-on capstone projects, assignments with peer reviews, 1-on-1 mentorship, internship placement, paid work experience, AI-powered interview prep, CV and LinkedIn optimization, and a professional training and work experience reference. Internal students join as part of a structured cohort with two intakes per year.
Yes. You can register as an External CPD student immediately and upgrade to Internal (Cohort) when the next cohort opens. We run two cohorts per year. This is a great way to start learning right away while waiting for the next cohort intake. Your External subscription will be adjusted when you upgrade.

Yes, absolutely. There is no lock-in contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We process all payments securely through Stripe, so you have full control over your subscription.

Yes. Blackforce CPD is available on iOS and Android through the My Learning App. Simply download the app, log in with your Single Login credentials, and access all your courses, videos, quizzes, and training materials on the go. You can also access the platform from any web browser on desktop or mobile.
Live training sessions are scheduled regularly and include instructor-led classes, masterclasses, and lunch-and-learn programmes. All live sessions are recorded and made available on the platform within 12 hours, so if you miss a session you can catch up at your own pace. Both External and Internal students have access to all live sessions.
No. You do not need any prior certification to join the program. Our courses are designed to take you from beginner to certification-ready. We provide dedicated certification prep classes and online mock exams to help you pass your Salesforce certification exams. However, you will need a Salesforce certification before you can be referred for job opportunities through our partners.
After completing your registration and payment through Stripe, you will receive a payment confirmation email from Stripe followed by your enrollment details and login credentials via email within 24 hours. You can then access the Manifest LMS App through your Single Login account and join the Blackforce Community on Telegram to connect with fellow students and mentors.

Subscribed members will have access to recorded videos for programs they are subscribed to on the My Learning App through their Single Login account. Non-subscribed members can only access recorded videos if they attend the training sessions, and further access will be removed after the training.
